The Welsh Part-Bred. The Welsh Part-Bred must have 12½% Welsh pony or cob blood. Many of the country’s top show and WHP’s are Welsh Part-Breds, whilst crossing Welsh ponies & cobs with thoroughbreds & warmbloods has produced many successful show and competition horses.
