Our new membership secretary is our current Membership Secretary, Jane Weller, who would be happy to hear from anybody who would like to join SEWPCA. Our current subscription rates for 2006/2007 are:

Clarification of Membership to SEWPCA:
Subscriptions are due on the 1st September each year and end on 31st August the following year.

Full Members: £ 17.50
These are people who have paid the full membership figure and live within the three counties of Kent, Surrey or Sussex ONLY. Full Members have full voting rights and are allowed to take part in all of our competitions. As part of their membership they receive a copy of the annual journal - one copy per household (i.e. one per family or per couple membership) Full Members are allowed to stand for election as a committee member and are also entitled to reduced entry fees at all our shows, and receive all our newsletters.

Associate Members: £17.50
These are people who have paid the full membership subscription but live outside our designated area of Kent, Surrey and Sussex. Any person anywhere worldwide is welcome to join us. However, Associate Members have NO voting rights and are unable to take part in our competitions, including local stud judging competition and points competitions. Associate Members will receive a copy of the annual journal - this applies to one copy per household as before. They are entitled to reduced entry fees at all our shows, and receive all our newsletters when published, but are NOT allowed to stand for election as a committee member.

Junior Member; £10.00:
Juniors must be under 18 years old (as at 1st September). Junior Members will receive a copy of the yearly journal if no other member of their family receives one in the household. Junior Members have no voting rights because of their age, but are able to take part in our competitions so long as they live within our three counties of Kent, Surrey and Sussex. Junior Members in their own right will receive copies of newsletters. They are not allowed to stand for election as a committee member.

Couple/Joint Membership: £25.00
Two people can join together if they wish, and do not necessarily have to share the same address. They have the same rights as other full/associate members.

Family Membership: £ 30.00
A family is made up of up to 2 adults and 2 children (under 18 yrs), above classification applies.
